Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in one click. Upgrades are pro-rated for the current billing period; downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Annual plans can also pay via ACH or wire transfer on request.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter is free forever with no card. Pro has a 14-day trial with no card required — you only enter payment info if you decide to keep going past day 14.
Is HIPAA always available, or only on Enterprise?
HIPAA BAA + dedicated compliance infrastructure are Enterprise-only. Free and Pro tiers get strong security baseline (RLS tenant isolation, encryption at rest, audit logs) but no signed BAA. If you'll handle PHI, you need Enterprise.
Do you offer non-profit or solo-practitioner discounts?
Yes — 25% off Pro for verified non-profits and 20% off for solo practitioners in the first year. Email us with your credentials and we'll set it up.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
You get full Pro access for 14 days. No card required to start. We send you reminders at day 10 and day 13. If you do nothing, your account auto-reverts to Starter at day 14 — no charge, no surprise.
